Body work performed was excellent. In replacing rim, weights were placed on outside, which is not the original condition of the car and seems like a common sense thing not to do. After taking it back in, they adjusted it and rebalanced the tire for no charge but it should have been repaired that way originally.
Libby explained exactly what was going to happen, the paperwork process, and then handled the process with insurance, and answered my calls and happily helped me with my part of the insurance paperwork. Hats off to the Dunn team you are certainly doing it right.
