I love the Navarre location of Bartz Viviano! The atmosphere is cheerful and the arrangements we bring home are works of art! We go to Bartz Viviano in Oregon for centerpieces, holiday decorations and shower arrangements. You can really tell the management and employees are passionate about what they do.
