The down side, I was one of two customers in the store. When I walked in, the girl at the counter didn't greet me, just kinda looked at me and went back to her phone. I was in the store for 20 min and nobody interacted with me. When I took my purchase to the counter the girl rang me up while a guy stared at me. Seriously.... Just stared the whole time. Strange.
I love the people there, they are so friendly and very helpful. I only didn't give 5 stars because they are quite popular and run out of supplies quickly. Other than that I love this place!
They are very knowledgeable! They have a wide variety of unique things that most chain pet stores don't carry especially for reptiles. Their prices are also great and are the cheapest around.
They do an awesome job when it comes to letting you try different pet foods when you are making that choice to switch but when i came there once a week to buy crickets you have to qait twenty plus minutes for somebody to even help you out. I will say its alot cleaner then it use to be in there.
Decent selection for products for most pets. Prices are a bit steep. Staff wasn't the easiest to work with

Went in and found a pretty nice pet store with a good amount of supplies. Was particularly looking for fish stuff, but enjoyed checking out their reptiles, too.
