Was there tonight...went through the drive thru... after I placed my order, I sat there behind 2 other cars, waiting, waiting and waiting...sat there for well over 1/2 hour in the drive thru!!!!
So with this being said...maybe you need to rethink just having 1 person, besides your fry cook working....I will not be returning!!! VERY, VERY BAD SERVICE!!!
Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru only to find out they gave my order to someone else. I got fish and shrimp which didn't come with tartar sauce, cocktail sauce, napkins, plastic ware or anything else. The person at the drive thru was absolutely lost. I will never go back.
Whole floor was greasy. No handicap entry. Understaffed. Food was good though.
Finally when I got to the window.....I continued to wait, NOBODY came to the window, so I sat another 5 mins.....the woman that was waiting behind me...got tired of waiting backed out and left, anyway I thought to myself...5 more minutes and I'm just gonna leave...5 minutes passed....I left!!!
Dee-licious hot fish,everything cooked to perfection! Clean restaurant,attentive staff,just wish more people would go here.
Meh. Usually hot and fresh fish.... today- not so much. I will say I tried the deep fried Twinkie...it was like eating a warm cream filled doughnut.... good. Thank God I got o rings today, otherwise I am guessing the fries would have been meh as well. I had green beans...odd, not sure what weird stuff they put in there but now I know why I don't get them.
