**Disclaimer** Rallys is one of my favorite fast food places. That being said, I only give honest reviews.**
Good tasting food at a low price. The drawback and reason for only 2 stars is the employees at this location. I've been at this location numerous times when I was the only customer in line. On more than 3 occasions it took more than 10 minutes (18 minutes on last visit) to get my order. These were normal orders not large ones with many items. Many times I've had to make return visits to get the order corrected. Employees are unapologetic and rude when that happens.
We ordered their new ice cream selections. They looked nothing like the picture, or the ones we had at another atore. They also put a cheesecake mixture on top of the cookies and cream version. All of the toppings were at the bottom and none were in top.
Its good but it doesnt beat the rallys in southern ohio. The fries taste different like they havent changed their oil.

My French fries was good and hot but my hamburger was cold I had to reheat it when I got home from the restaurant. Sometimes the food can be too salty and very greasy DIDN'T LIKE THAT AT ALL.
